Patrick Henry esquire Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, To all to whom these presents shall greeting Know ye, that by the virtue and in consideration of a land office Treasury Warrant Number twelve thousand one hundred and fifty five and issued the fourth day of June one thousand seven hundred and Eighty two thus is granted by the said Commonwealth unto James Bramblet a certain Tract or parcel of land containing seven hundred and sixteen acres by survey bearing date the twenty seventh day of May one Thousand seven hundred and eighty five lying and being in the County of Fayette and Bounded as followeth, to wit, Beginning at Colonel Southalls southern corner at two black oaks ..... to Hites Corner ...... to Jacob Hunters line ......... to the Kentucky River ...... to the Beginning With its appurtenances to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said James Bramblet and his Heirs for ever In witness thereof the said Patrick Henry esquire Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia hath hereunto set his hand and caused the Lessor seal the said Commonwealth to be affixed at Richmond on the twentieth day of August in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred & Eighty Six & of the Commonwealth the Eleventh.
