This indenture made this ye Eleventh day of March in the nineteenth year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the second and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty five between Jonas Willliams of the County of Prince William Planter and Honer his wife of one part and Augustine Jennings of the aforesaid County Planter of the other part Witnesseth that the said Jonas Williams and Honer his wife for the sum of Three thousand pounds of lawful tobacco and twenty pounds current money of Virginia paid by the said Augustine Jennings they do grant unto the said Augstine Jennings and to his heirs & assigns for ever all that parcel of land containing One hundred and eight acres being in the Parish of Hamilton and County of Prince William adjoyning to a tract of land one part whereof in possession of John Ambros the other part whereof in possession of Henry Bramblet and bounded beginning at a white Oak corner at the Road extending thence North East to a white Oak corner to John Ambros's line thence with Ambros's line North West to a box Oak corner marked I.W. thence South West to the road thence down the road which sd land being part of a tract of land granted unto the aforesaid Jonas Williams by deed from the Proprietors office of the Northern Neck of Virginia baring a date the sixth day of March one thousand seven hundred and eighteen together with all houses and appurtenances whatsoever to the said land belonging all which said premises now are in the actual possession of him the said Augustine Jennings by virtue of one indenture for one whole year and by virtue of the statute for transferring uses into possession To Have and To Hold unto the said Augustine Jennings his heirs and assigns forever. At a Court held for the County of Prince William the 24th day of March 1745 Jonas Williams and Honer his Wife (she being first privately examined and thereto consenting) acknowledged this Lease Release and Receipt of Augustine Jennings to be their acts and deed which are admitted to record.
