In the name of God Amen. After commending my soul to the mercy of God being sound in body and mind I proceed to make this my Last Will and Testament. First I will my sister Sarah Ann Bramblett to have the use of my bay mare until my death at which time she is to be given unto my niece Mary Francis Bramblett. Second I will my nephew Greenberry Bramblett $100. Third I will my sister Mariah Bramblett $1. Fourthly I will my sister Sarah Ann Bramblett $60. Fifthly I will the remainder of my estate to Preston Bramblett, James Bramblett, Sarah Ann Bramblett, and Susan House to be divided equally among this four last mentioned this 30th day September 1847.
